אתר City Deal (citydeal.co.il, להלן: "האתר") מופעל על ידי א.חרמש שיווק ישיר בע"מ, ח.פ. 515657013, לשם 11, פתח תקווה (להלן: "החברה", "אנחנו"). מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנו אוספים עליך כשאתה משתמש באתר, בשירות הלקוחות ובכניסה לחשבון (לרבות כניסה באמצעות חשבון Google או Facebook), כיצד אנו משתמשים בו, עם מי אנו משתפים אותו, כמה זמן אנו שומרים אותו ומהן זכויותיך. המדיניות כתובה בלשון זכר מטעמי נוחות בלבד ומתייחסת לכל המגדרים.

אינך חייב על פי חוק למסור לנו מידע, אך בלי פרטים מסוימים (כגון שם, טלפון וכתובת למשלוח) לא נוכל לבצע עבורך הזמנה או לחזור אליך.

1. המידע שאנו אוספים

מידע שאתה מוסר לנו

פתיחת חשבון וכניסה: שם, כתובת דוא"ל, מספר טלפון וסיסמה. הסיסמה נשמרת בצורה מוצפנת (hash) ואיננו יכולים לצפות בה.
ביצוע הזמנה: שם פרטי ומשפחה, מספר תעודת זהות או ח.פ. ושם חברה (לצורך הפקת חשבונית), טלפון, דוא"ל, כתובת למשלוח ופרטי האספקה (כגון קומה, נגישות, בקשה לפינוי מוצר ישן), הערות להזמנה, והמוצרים שהזמנת. אם הזמנת עבור אדם אחר, נשתמש בפרטיו רק לצורך האספקה.
תשלום: פרטי כרטיס האשראי מוקלדים ישירות בעמוד התשלום המאובטח של חברת הסליקה, גם כאשר התשלום מתבצע בטלפון מול נציג. איננו שומרים את מספר הכרטיס המלא או את קוד האבטחה (CVV) — נשמרים אצלנו רק מזהי העסקה ומספר האישור שמתקבלים מחברת הסליקה. בתשלום ב-Bit, Apple Pay או Google Pay הפרטים מעובדים אצל ספק התשלום.
טפסים ופניות: כשאתה ממלא טופס באתר (יצירת קשר, ייעוץ, ביטול עסקה, הרשמה לניוזלטר וכדומה) — שם, טלפון, דוא"ל, תוכן הפנייה והעמוד שממנו נשלחה. כשאתה פונה אלינו בטלפון, בדוא"ל או ב-WhatsApp — תוכן הפנייה ופרטי ההתקשרות.
ביקורות: שם, דירוג ותוכן הביקורת שכתבת. ביקורת מאושרת מתפרסמת באתר באופן פומבי עם השם שמסרת.

מידע מחשבון Google (כניסה עם Google)

אם תבחר להתחבר לאתר באמצעות חשבון Google, Google תעביר אלינו, באישורך, את שמך, כתובת הדוא"ל שלך, תמונת הפרופיל שלך ומזהה החשבון שלך ב-Google. איננו מקבלים את סיסמת Google שלך ואיננו מקבלים גישה לשירותי Google אחרים שלך (כגון Gmail, אנשי קשר, יומן או Drive). פרטים נוספים בסעיף 5.

מידע מחשבון Facebook (כניסה עם Facebook)

אם תבחר להתחבר לאתר באמצעות חשבון Facebook, Meta תעביר אלינו, באישורך, את שמך, כתובת הדוא"ל שלך, תמונת הפרופיל שלך ומזהה המשתמש שלך ב-Facebook. איננו מקבלים את סיסמת Facebook שלך, את רשימת החברים, הפוסטים או ההודעות שלך, ואיננו מפרסמים דבר בשמך. פרטים נוספים בסעיף 5א.

מידע שנאסף באופן אוטומטי

כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן והמכשיר, העמודים שבהם ביקרת, מקור ההגעה לאתר ומועדי הביקור.
מילות חיפוש שהקלדת בחיפוש באתר — לשיפור תוצאות החיפוש.
עוגיות (Cookies) וטכנולוגיות דומות — ראה סעיף 6.

2. למה אנו משתמשים במידע

ביצוע ההזמנה: עיבוד התשלום, הפקת חשבונית, תיאום האספקה וההתקנה, פינוי מוצר ישן, החזרות וביטולים.
ניהול החשבון שלך וזיהויך בעת כניסה לאתר.
שירות לקוחות: מענה לפניות, עדכונים על מצב ההזמנה (בדוא"ל, SMS, WhatsApp או טלפון), טיפול באחריות ובתקלות.
בקשה לכתוב ביקורת על המוצר לאחר הרכישה.
שליחת מידע שיווקי ומבצעים — רק אם נתת לכך הסכמה מפורשת (ראה סעיף 7).
שיפור האתר, החיפוש והשירות על בסיס נתוני שימוש סטטיסטיים.
אבטחת האתר, מניעת הונאות ושימוש לרעה (למשל הגבלת מספר שליחות טופס מאותה כתובת IP).
עמידה בחובות החלות עלינו לפי דין, כגון שמירת מסמכים חשבונאיים.

3. עם מי אנו משתפים מידע

איננו מוכרים את המידע האישי שלך ואיננו משכירים אותו. אנו מעבירים מידע רק במידה הנדרשת למטרות שלמעלה, לגורמים הבאים:

ספקים, יבואנים וחברות שילוח והתקנה — שם, טלפון, כתובת ופרטי ההזמנה, לצורך אספקת המוצר, התקנתו ופינוי מוצר ישן.
חברות סליקה ותשלום — iCredit (סליקת כרטיסי אשראי) ו-Grow (Bit, Apple Pay ו-Google Pay), לצורך ביצוע התשלום.
מערכת הנהלת חשבונות (ריווחית) — להפקת חשבוניות וקבלות.
ספקי שירותים טכנולוגיים הפועלים עבורנו ולפי הוראותינו: אחסון האתר, Cloudflare (אבטחה והאצת האתר), Postmark (שליחת דוא"ל), וכלי ניתוח שימוש — Google Analytics ו-Google Tag Manager של Google ו-Microsoft Clarity של Microsoft.
רשויות — כאשר אנו מחויבים לכך על פי דין או צו שיפוטי, או לשם הגנה על זכויותינו.

חלק מספקי השירות שלנו פועלים מחוץ לישראל, ולכן המידע עשוי להיות מאוחסן או מעובד מחוץ לישראל, בכפוף לדין החל.

4. שמירת המידע

אנו שומרים מידע כל עוד הוא נדרש למטרות שלשמן נאסף: פרטי החשבון — כל עוד החשבון פעיל; פרטי הזמנות וחשבוניות — לתקופה הנדרשת על פי דיני המס והחשבונאות (בדרך כלל 7 שנים); פניות וטפסים — כל עוד הם נדרשים לטיפול בפנייה ולשירות. לאחר מכן המידע נמחק או הופך לאנונימי.

5. כניסה באמצעות Google — השימוש במידע מ-Google

מה אנו מקבלים: שם, כתובת דוא"ל, תמונת פרופיל ומזהה חשבון Google בלבד (ההרשאות openid, email, profile).
למה: אך ורק כדי ליצור עבורך חשבון באתר או לחבר אותך לחשבון קיים באותה כתובת דוא"ל, לזהות אותך בכניסות הבאות, למלא מראש את שמך ואת הדוא"ל שלך בהזמנה, ולשלוח לך הודעות הנוגעות להזמנות ולחשבון שלך.
מה איננו עושים: איננו מוכרים מידע שהתקבל מ-Google, איננו משתמשים בו לפרסום או לפרסום ממוקד, איננו מעבירים אותו לצדדים שלישיים (מלבד ספקי האחסון והתשתית הנדרשים להפעלת האתר), ואיננו משתמשים בו לאימון מודלים של בינה מלאכותית.
שמירה ומחיקה: המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון שלך פעיל. ניתן לבקש מחיקת החשבון והמידע שהתקבל מ-Google בפנייה לכתובת [email protected], ונמחק אותו תוך 30 יום (למעט פרטי הזמנות שאנו חייבים לשמור על פי דין). ניתן גם לבטל בכל עת את הגישה של האתר לחשבון Google שלך בכתובת myaccount.google.com/permissions.
השימוש שלנו במידע המתקבל מ-Google APIs והעברתו יעמדו ב-Google API Services User Data Policy, כולל דרישות ה-Limited Use.

5א. כניסה באמצעות Facebook — השימוש במידע מ-Facebook

מה אנו מקבלים: שם, כתובת דוא"ל, תמונת פרופיל ומזהה משתמש Facebook בלבד (ההרשאות public_profile ו-email).
למה: אך ורק כדי ליצור עבורך חשבון באתר או לחבר אותך לחשבון קיים באותה כתובת דוא"ל, לזהות אותך בכניסות הבאות, למלא מראש את שמך ואת הדוא"ל שלך בהזמנה, ולשלוח לך הודעות הנוגעות להזמנות ולחשבון שלך.
מה איננו עושים: איננו מוכרים מידע שהתקבל מ-Facebook, איננו משתמשים בו לפרסום, איננו מעבירים אותו לצדדים שלישיים (מלבד ספקי האחסון והתשתית הנדרשים להפעלת האתר), ואיננו מפרסמים דבר בחשבון Facebook שלך.
שמירה ומחיקה: המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון שלך פעיל. למחיקתו ראה סעיף 5ב.
השימוש ב-Facebook כפוף גם למדיניות הפרטיות של Meta.

5ב. הוראות למחיקת חשבון ומידע

מחיקת החשבון והמידע: שלח דוא"ל לכתובת [email protected] מכתובת הדוא"ל המשויכת לחשבון, עם הנושא "בקשה למחיקת חשבון". נמחק את החשבון ואת המידע שהתקבל מ-Google או מ-Facebook תוך 30 יום, למעט פרטי הזמנות שאנו חייבים לשמור על פי דין, ונאשר לך בדוא"ל כשהמחיקה הושלמה.
ניתוק האתר מחשבון Facebook: ב-Facebook היכנס ל"הגדרות ופרטיות" ← "הגדרות" ← "אפליקציות ואתרים", בחר ב-City Deal ולחץ "הסר".
ניתוק האתר מחשבון Google: בכתובת myaccount.google.com/permissions.
ניתוק בלבד אינו מוחק מידע שכבר נשמר אצלנו. כדי למחוק אותו, שלח בקשה כמתואר למעלה.

6. עוגיות (Cookies) וכלי ניתוח

האתר משתמש בעוגיות הנחוצות לפעולתו (כגון סל הקניות והשארת המשתמש מחובר), וכן בכלי ניתוח: Google Analytics ו-Google Tag Manager, המודדים את השימוש באתר באופן סטטיסטי, ו-Microsoft Clarity, המתעד את אופן השימוש באתר (קליקים, גלילה ותנועת עכבר) כדי שנוכל לשפר את חוויית השימוש. שדות רגישים, כגון פרטי תשלום, אינם מתועדים. ניתן לחסום או למחוק עוגיות בהגדרות הדפדפן (חסימה עלולה לפגוע בפעולת חלקים באתר), ולהימנע מ-Google Analytics באמצעות התוסף של Google. מידע נוסף: כיצד Google משתמשת במידע · הצהרת הפרטיות של Microsoft.

7. דיוור ישיר (חוק הספאם)

נשלח אליך מידע שיווקי, מבצעים ועדכונים בדוא"ל, ב-SMS או ב-WhatsApp רק אם נתת לכך הסכמה מפורשת, למשל בהרשמה לניוזלטר או בעת הרכישה. ניתן לבטל את ההסכמה בכל עת, ללא עלות, בלחיצה על "הסרה" בתחתית ההודעה או בפנייה לשירות הלקוחות, בהתאם לסעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים). הודעות שירות הנוגעות להזמנה שביצעת (כגון אישור הזמנה ותיאום אספקה) אינן דיוור שיווקי וימשיכו להישלח.

8. אבטחת מידע

אנו נוקטים אמצעים מקובלים להגנה על המידע: תקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS), הצפנת סיסמאות, הגבלת הגישה למידע לעובדים ולספקים שזקוקים לו לצורך עבודתם בלבד, ורישום פעולות במערכת הניהול. עם זאת, אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין, ואיננו יכולים להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת מפני חדירה לא מורשית.

9. הזכויות שלך

על פי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, אתה רשאי לעיין במידע שנשמר עליך, לבקש לתקן מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן, ולבקש למחוק מידע או לבטל את הסכמתך לקבלת דיוור. לשם כך פנה אלינו בפרטים שבסעיף 11. נשיב לבקשתך בתוך זמן סביר ובהתאם לדין, ונבקש לאמת את זהותך לפני שנמסור או נשנה מידע.

10. קטינים

ביצוע רכישה באתר מותר לבני 18 ומעלה. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מילדים מתחת לגיל 13. אם נודע לך שילד מסר לנו מידע, פנה אלינו ונמחק אותו.

אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. הנוסח המחייב הוא הנוסח המתפרסם בעמוד זה, ותאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע בראשו. על שינוי מהותי נודיע באתר.

Privacy Policy (English)

The City Deal website (citydeal.co.il, the "Site") is operated by A. Hermesh Direct Marketing Ltd. (א.חרמש שיווק ישיר בע"מ), company no. 515657013, Leshem 11, Petah Tikva, Israel ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, our customer service and account sign-in (including Sign in with Google or Facebook), how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are. If the Hebrew and English versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. Information we collect

Account: name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a hash).
Orders: first and last name, Israeli ID or company number and company name (for invoicing), phone, email, delivery address and delivery details (e.g. floor, access, old-appliance removal), order notes and the products ordered.
Payments: card details are entered directly on our payment processor's secure payment page, including when paying by phone with a representative. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes; we keep only the transaction identifiers and approval number returned by the processor. Bit, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by the payment provider.
Forms and enquiries: name, phone, email, message and the page it was sent from (contact, consultation, order cancellation, newsletter sign-up), and the content of enquiries by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Reviews: name, rating and review text. Approved reviews are published on the Site with the name you provided.
Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source, visit times, on-site search queries, and cookies (see section 6).

2. How we use information

To fulfil orders: payment processing, invoicing, delivery and installation scheduling, old-appliance removal, returns and cancellations.
To manage your account and authenticate you when you sign in.
To provide customer service and order updates (email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone), and to handle warranty issues.
To ask for a product review after a purchase.
To send marketing messages, only with your explicit consent (section 7).
To improve the Site, search and service using aggregated usage statistics.
To secure the Site and prevent fraud and abuse.
To comply with legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed for the purposes above with: suppliers, importers, delivery and installation companies (name, phone, address and order details); payment processors — iCredit (credit cards) and Grow (Bit, Apple Pay, Google Pay); our accounting system (Rivhit) for invoices; technology providers acting on our behalf — website hosting, Cloudflare (security and performance), Postmark (email delivery), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft); and authorities where required by law. Some providers operate outside Israel, so information may be stored or processed abroad, subject to applicable law.

4. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed: account data while your account is active; order and invoice records for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally 7 years); enquiries for as long as needed to handle them. Afterwards the information is deleted or anonymised.

5. Sign in with Google — Google user data

Data accessed: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive, with your permission, only your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID (scopes: openid, email, profile). We never receive your Google password and do not access any other Google service (such as Gmail, Contacts, Calendar or Drive).
Data usage: solely to create your City Deal account or link it to an existing account with the same email address, to sign you in, to pre-fill your name and email at checkout, and to send you messages about your orders and account.
Data sharing: we do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising or ad targeting, do not use it to train AI models, and do not transfer it to third parties except the hosting and infrastructure providers required to operate the Site, or where required by law.
Data storage and protection: stored on our secured servers over encrypted connections, with access limited to authorised staff.
Retention and deletion: kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and the Google data we received by emailing [email protected]; we will delete it within 30 days (except order records we must keep by law). You can revoke the Site's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
City Deal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5a. Facebook Login — Facebook user data

Data accessed: if you choose to log in with Facebook, we receive, with your permission, only your name, email address, profile picture and Facebook user ID (permissions: public_profile, email). We never receive your Facebook password, friends list, posts or messages, and we never post anything on your behalf.
Data usage: solely to create your City Deal account or link it to an existing account with the same email address, to log you in, to pre-fill your name and email at checkout, and to send you messages about your orders and account.
Data sharing: we do not sell Facebook user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except the hosting and infrastructure providers required to operate the Site, or where required by law.
Retention: kept while your account is active; see section 5b for deletion.
Your use of Facebook is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

5b. Data deletion instructions

Delete your account and data: email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete your account and the data received from Google or Facebook within 30 days (except order records we must keep by law) and confirm by email once it is done.
Disconnect the Site from Facebook: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select City Deal and click Remove.
Disconnect the Site from Google: at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Disconnecting alone does not delete data already stored by us; to delete it, send a request as described above.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies required for the Site to work (e.g. shopping cart and staying signed in), and analytics tools: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure usage statistically, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how the Site is used (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) so we can improve the experience; sensitive fields such as payment details are not recorded. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.

7. Marketing messages

We send marketing emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, via the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting customer service. Service messages about your orders are not marketing and will continue.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards: HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access limited to staff and providers who need it, and logging of actions in our admin system. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

9. Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw marketing consent. Contact us using the details below; we will verify your identity before acting on the request.

10. Children

Purchases on the Site are limited to persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
